Mike B, our fearless leader, took some time out of his busy day to show us the best of all worlds for this week Beaver Creek Ski Run of The Week. This expert only ski run is Royal Elk Glade to Black Bear and a bonus ride to boot!
Check it out on the Beaver Creek Ski Map
This is not for beginner or intermediate skill sets. But if you think you are ready for a double-black diamond tree run that edges the out-of-bounds area of Grouse Mountain on Beaver Creek, then give this one a go. At the top of Grouse Mountain Chair lift head right and hike past the ski patrol office. From there you can choose your perfect line through the trees and bumps. On a powder day its amazing fun as the VW size bumps get filled in and is a pleasure ride all the way down. From there navigate your way to Black Bear and over the river and through the woods, but do not end up in the creek. It would be a terrible way to end your ski day. Instead, head down to eagle and take your bike out for a spin to enjoy our beautiful spring days. Go Mikey B!
