I just wanted to take a minute and let you know that I’ve been working with Chaney over the past couple of weeks on a Trek road bike issue, and that dude has been “over the top” being over the top.
I brought my bike in for a tune-up. I told him I’d had several other bike shops try to address a front derailleur problem. He called back within a couple of days and had found the issue and addressed it.
Then, when he was doing his final QA, he discovered several issues with the frame itself. He took it upon himself to reach out to Trek and discovered there were some known issues with that specific frame set.
He’s since done everything he can to make things right for me.
I’ve lived here for thirty years, and I know that people who do the real work in this valley don’t often get recognized for doing things the right way, but Chaney is a rock star!!
