TOUR TIMES & AVAILABILITY

Available 7 days a week, departing from Base Camp in Vail Village at 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM. 

 

We recommend reserving at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred tour time. Same-day bookings may also be accommodated when space allows.

 

This mixed group e-bike tour offers a scenic and approachable way for riders of all levels to explore the natural beauty of the Vail Valley. The paved path gently climbs from Vail Village to East Vail, tracing Gore Creek as it winds through meadows, aspen groves, and beneath striking red rock cliffs. With pedal-assist support, riders can enjoy the journey at a comfortable pace while taking in the fresh mountain air and alpine views.

 

At approximately two hours, this tour is an ideal option for those seeking a rewarding outdoor experience that fits easily into the day. Whether you’re new to e-bikes or simply looking for a relaxed adventure with stunning scenery, this route offers a memorable ride without the strain.

 

TOUR DETAILS

  • Daily departures at 10:30 AM & 1:30 PM
  • Offered from May – October (weather dependent).
  • Tour includes a snack at the half-way point.
  • Round-trip time is approximately 2 hours.
  • All bikes provided are class 1 pedal-assist e-bikes.
  • The tour is a great way to experience the natural beauty of the Vail Valley while enjoying a moderate cycling experience.
  • Minimum height requirement 4’10”.

 

TERRAIN OVERVIEW

The path is primarily on paved bike path with small sections of road.

Expect a gentle climb as you head east, with an elevation gain of approximately 440 feet over the course of the ride.

 

GEARING UP FOR THE BIKE ADVENTURE

  • Wear closed-toe shoes & comfortable clothes for biking.
  • Dress in layers – weather in Colorado can change quickly.
  • Wear sunscreen.
  • Bring any medication needed to make the trip safely.
  • Small pack for additional personal items – not necessary but good to have to carry extra layers, additional snacks & water you may want to bring.
