This is a hill climbers’ road ride with over 3,000 feet of climbing in just over 30 miles of riding.
The nice part is the climbing up to the Cordillera summit is never too steep, just consistent.
Because the top half of this climb is through a gated community, the folks at the ranch gate will ask you to stop and register your bike with them. They also limit biking groups to 4 people or fewer and (as with all our roads) insist that you ride single file and obey traffic laws
